I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy @ Novi Surgery Center. This was my first time at a “surgery center”, and it was a positive experience all the way from reception to nurses, anesthesiology, surgeon, etc. We had some problems with my IV (not their fault, I’m difficult to draw blood from) but they were extremely compassionate and made it work without traumatizing me. My procedure began at approximately 7 AM. I was walking out of the building shortly after 8. Excellent care patient care. Highly recommend.
